Why La Gantry

I combine 10 years in M&A at PwC, 7 years as CFO of a venture firm, 2 years as an early stage investor, and board experience with public and private companies. My approach blends strategic insight with execution, ensuring clarity, flexibility, and results.

  • I’ve been an operator and investor, and much of my career has focused on client service in high pressure, fast-paced environments.

  • As a CPA by training, with 20 years of experience oriented around deals and M&A work, I am familiar with minority and majority investments, due diligence best practices, and post-merger integration pitfalls. I’ve worked on deals ranging from $1M to $11B.

  • The variety of board roles I have held allow me to think 360 about a business, and meet a client where its business is on the evolution of maturity, yet with an eye on the future.
